At ToBeIT we have developed different Monitoring and Observability Solutions for SAP, as well as an SAP Observability Add-on (SAP Connector), designed to bring our observability expertise into the SAP environment.

Both SAP Solution Manager (the historical monitoring solution) and SAP Application Lifecycle Management (the new solution that manages operations and includes monitoring) have a traditional approach to monitoring complex systems like SAP. However, these tools do not always cover all existing needs. Our solutions, such as the SAP Monitoring Add-on, are designed to precisely address these gaps.

FAST Observability SAP IT Basic

The Fast Observability SAP solution provides fast and agile observability of the SAP platform.
The use of the SAP Observability Connector developed by ToBeIT simplifies the ingestion of key SAP IT metrics into Elastic.

Observability SAP IT Advanced

When specific IT metrics are needed due to the particularities of the SAP implementation, at ToBeIT we propose the use of the Observability SAP-IT Advanced solution.

Observability SAP Business

When there is a need to deploy observability over specific business metrics, taking advantage of all the features provided by Elastic (such as anomaly detection, trends and patterns identification, or deployment of machine learning jobs), at ToBeIT we have developed the Observability SAP Business solution, based on a combination of the SAP Observability Connector and an agent developed in ABAP.

Real-time observability in SAP environments is essential. With our advanced solutions, which integrate Elastic with SAP through the SAP Observability Add-on, you can extract internal information from SAP and ingest it into Elastic, enabling it to be leveraged in an agile, scalable, and open way within an advanced observability system.

Representing the information through Grafana (a de facto standard for visualization worldwide) allows you to display the extracted and analyzed data in various formats (time series, traffic lights, maps, etc.).
